You can cancel your booking anytime from your My Bookings dashboard. If cancelled 24 hours prior to standard check-in time, a 100% full refund is credited back instantly to your original payment method.

What identity proof is required at check-in?

All adult guests must produce a valid Govt Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proofs by hotel regulations.
